Someone made a great suggestion today at work: Burn all paperwork! My job has turned into 90% paperwork and 10% meeting with clients. Even when I'm meeting with clients we're doing paperwork! How are they suppossed to be able to have the time to tell me if they are having a hard time?
Burn all paperwork! Focus on the Person!!!
